Sierra Pathways provides comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral health services designed to support Transitional Age Youth (TAY) aged 16-25 who are navigating mental health challenges and co-occurring substance use disorders. Our programs are built on a foundation of compassionate care, clinical excellence, and long-term recovery support.
Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Half-Day Program
Our Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Half-Day Program offers a structured outpatient environment where young adults receive intensive therapy, psychoeducation, and life skills training in a setting that promotes healing and growth. This program is ideal for individuals needing more support than traditional outpatient therapy but who do not require inpatient care.
Key Features:
✅ Therapeutic Services: Individual therapy, group therapy, and family engagement sessions
✅ Evidence-Based Approaches: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), The Seven Challenges Model, and trauma-informed care
✅ Psychiatric Support: Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and psychiatric evaluations through telehealth services
✅ Life Skills & Wellness: Vocational coaching, mindfulness, financial management, housing support, and health education
✅ Community Integration: Connection to 12-step programs, Red Road to Wellbriety, and local recovery groups
📍 Schedule: Services are offered in structured sessions for less than 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Adult Residential Facility (ARF)
For young adults (18-25) requiring a safe, structured living environment, our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) provides 24/7 care and support for those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Residents engage in intensive therapy, skill-building activities, and recovery support services while living in a community-focused setting.

🩺 Integrated Clinical Care: Individual and group therapy, psychiatric support, and case management
📖 Life Skills Training: Education, employment assistance, budgeting, and self-sufficiency skills
🎯 Wellness & Recreation: Yoga, mindfulness, outdoor activities, and cultural engagement
🔗 Structured Recovery Support: Daily check-ins, peer support, and access to 12-step and other recovery programs
📍 Participation in the DTI Half-Day Program is included for all ARF residents
