Our Services
Sierra Pathways currently provides one focused program designed to meet the needs of Transitional Age Youth (TAY) with substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Our services are intentionally streamlined to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality care.
Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) program
Sierra Pathways operates a Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) program for Transitional Age Youth (approximately ages 16–25). This program offers structured, evidence-based treatment while allowing participants to remain connected to their families, education, employment, and community.
The DTI is appropriate for young people who need more support than traditional outpatient counseling but do not require residential or inpatient care.

Participants enrolled in our Day Treatment Intensive program may receive:
Comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment planning
Structured group counseling focused on mental health recovery, substance use recovery, and life skills
Individual counseling tailored to clinical, developmental, and recovery needs
Integrated treatment for mental health and co-occurring substance use conditions
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), when clinically indicated, coordinated with qualified prescribing providers
Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

All services are delivered in accordance with Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services standards and evidence-based practices.
